Avant Homes has unveiled phase one of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses at Bradley Point in High Spen...

Avant Homes has revealed its first homes for sale at its Bradley Point development in High Spen, which is set to bring 185 homes to the sought-after suburb.

Works commenced on the 16-acre site in September 2020 on a scheme which will feature two-, three- and four-bedroom homes utilising nine of the housebuilder’s house designs. The first homes available at Bradley Point range in price from £148,995 for a two-bedroom mid-terrace with parking to £239,995 for a four-bedroom detached.

Bradley Point is situated just 20-minutes from Gateshead town centre on Collingdon Road. High Spen is an excellent semi-rural location with local amenities, schools and supermarkets on the doorstep. The village is well connected and is just a 10-minute drive from the A1(M) leading to Newcastle, Gateshead and Durham.

Each property at Bradley Point comprises Avant Homes’ latest superior specification included as standard in the price. This includes an open-plan living space featuring a designer kitchen and bi-fold doors, the bathrooms have full-height tiling with the en suite boasting a digitally controlled shower. Bradley Point will also be one of the first Avant Homes developments to have underfloor heating, which is the housebuilder’s newest enhancement to its standard specification.

Bradley PointAvant Homes sales and marketing director, Christine Harrison, said: “Works are well underway at our Bradley Point development, so we’re pleased to reveal our first collection of properties to buyers looking to set up home in High Spen.

“With its excellent connection to some of the major towns and cities in the North East, while also boasting the benefits of semi-rural living, we’re sure people will enjoy living the best of both worlds at Bradley Point.”

Bradley Point is one of four developments Avant Homes North East has launched since the beginning of 2021. The four latest developments are located across Sunderland, County Durham and Gateshead, and will provide 409 new homes for the region.
