Only a few four- and five-bedroom houses remain for sale at Avant Homes' Millbrook development...

Avant Homes has just a few of its design-led homes remaining at its popular Millbrook development in Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough.

The 160-home development is now almost fully occupied with just a small selection of four- and five-bedroom homes remaining with prices ranging from £274,995 for a four-bedroom detached home to £399,995 for a five-bedroom property.

One of the homes remaining is ‘The Sudbury’ on Plot 110. Priced at £324,995, the four-bedroom detached home is located in the heart of the development with a southwest-facing garden. It features an open-plan living space comprising bi-fold doors and an exclusive designer kitchen featuring top-of-the-range appliances and a Hive smart thermostat controlling the heating throughout. Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, with the master including fitted wardrobes with sliding doors and an en suite with a digitally controlled shower.

Avant Homes North East sales and marketing director, Christine Harrison, said: “Millbrook in Nunthorpe is situated in a fantastic, family-friendly location that has proven extremely popular with a wide range of buyers looking to enjoy what’s in and around Middlesbrough. With just a few high-quality homes remaining, we would encourage anyone looking to buy a home in the area to book an appointment to visit the Millbrook development.”

Located on Gypsy Lane, Millbrook has a number of attractions on its doorstep including Captain Cook Birthplace Museum, Ormesby Hall and Stewart Park. With Middlesbrough just a 20-minute drive, Millbrook is the ideal location for families and commuters to call home.
