Housebuilder Avant Homes has launched the first family houses for sale at its £57million, 167-home Darach Fields development in Robroyston.
Located just off Daffodil Place, four miles from Glasgow city centre, the development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ design-led house types. Prices right now range from £289,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached property to £539,995 for a five-bedroom detached house.
All properties at Darach Fields include an open-plan living space, designer kitchen with integrated appliances and boutique bathrooms complete with contemporary sanitaryware and tiling.
