Housebuilder To Host Part Exchange Event At Corby Development

Posted 10 February 2022 by Helen Christie

Allison Homes is hosting a Part Exchange event for Northamptonshire property seekers at its Oakley Rise development in Corby this weekend…

Situated off Livingstone Road, Oakley Rise is a brand new development of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom traditional brick homes in the community of Oakley Vale.

Taking place on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 February, the Part Exchange event will allow property seekers who are looking to upsize, or who are struggling to sell their existing property, to book an appointment to meet with the sales team to learn more about Allison Homes’ Part Exchange scheme. A financial advisor and estate agent will also be available to give desktop evaluations.

Part Exchange provides homebuyers with a chain-free way to purchase a brand new home at Oakley Rise. The scheme guarantees a genuine cash buyer for a homeowner’s existing property, removing the need for expensive estate agent fees and making the home moving journey as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Under the scheme, homeowners are also able to stay in their current property until their new Allison home is ready.

Only four properties are available for sale at Oakley Rise, including the wonderful four-bedroom Carrington and Dembleby style homes, priced from £369,995 and £389,995 respectively.

Designed with flexible and modern living in mind, the Dembleby style home benefits from a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area, with French doors leading out to the private rear garden. The ground floor is completed with a study area which is perfect for home working, a cloakroom, utility area and under-stairs storage cupboard.

Upstairs are four generous bedrooms and a family bathroom. The main bedroom boasts an en suite and fitted wardrobes for an extra luxurious feel.

Samantha Hart, sales and marketing director at Allison Homes, says: “We are very much looking forward to hosting our Part Exchange event at Oakley Rise, and inviting Northamptonshire property seekers to find out more about our fantastic four-bedroom homes.

“Upsizing to a luxurious new home should be an exciting time for any homeowner, but the traditional home-buying chain can turn the process into a stressful experience. With Part Exchange, we’re here to help you sell your existing property with ease, allowing you to relax and focus on your new home. Due to Oakley Rise’s high popularity, we’re down to the final four homes. We’d encourage anyone who is interested to book their appointment to attend our event without delay.”

Oakley Rise is part of the popular Oakley Vale development, situated just outside of Corby, benefitting from all the amenities of a thriving town and easy access to the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Oakley Vale is close to highly-rated schools for all ages, recreational play areas, a local shopping district and a family-friendly pub. The nearby town of Corby is home to a modern shopping centre, restaurants, a theatre, a library, an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a brand new cinema complex.

Excellently connected, the A14 road is just minutes away from the development, and 23 miles away are the M1 and M6. Corby railway station is only two miles away, and offers hourly services to London St Pancras.

Oakley Rise is open by appointment only.
