Upon acceptance of an offer, the housebuilder will reserve the buyer’s chosen Allison home, meaning they can relax knowing their dream home is secured and their original home has a guaranteed cash buyer.

Selected three- and four-bedroom homes will be ready for Christmas, one of which is Plot 63, The Redbourne. This four-bedroom detached home is priced from £375,000 and is perfect for families.
