New Homeowners In Corby Receive Housebuilder's Gift
Posted 18 February 2021 by
Keith OsborneNew homeowners Kristina Sysojeviene and Vitalijus Sysojevas were delighted to receive some spring flowers and a bottle of fizz from Bradley Whybrow, sales consultant at Allison Homes’ Oakley Rise development near Corby.
The gift was part of a companywide initiative which would see sales consultants at all Allison Homes and Larkfleet Homes developments surprise a resident in celebration of Random Acts of Kindness Day (17 February 2021).
Kristina said: “Buying our first home was pretty stressful at times and we had a few hiccups with paperwork along the way. Bradley always found time to support us if we had questions and explained the whole process to us in detail.
“We couldn’t be happier with our new home. Finding Bradley on the doorstep with flowers today reflected the high standard of customer service that we’ve received throughout.”
Bradley said: “It was lovely to be able to surprise Kristina and Vitalijus with a little something to mark their recent move to the development.”
Sam Hart, sales and marketing director at Larkfleet Group, said: “This last year has been incredibly challenging for everyone so as Random Acts of Kindness Day was approaching, we wanted to do something special to bring joy to our customers at our developments.
“Our dedicated sales teams have this week hand-delivered, whilst following government social distancing and sanitisation guidelines, a special gift to a resident on each of our developments. It was fantastic to see how this small act brought such happiness to our residents and gave a moment of connection that many of us are missing at the moment.
“It’s lovely that Bradley was able to give his gift to the newest residents to Oakley Rise and I wish Kristina and Vitalijus every happiness in their new home.”
