The London property market is still bubbling, with a host of brand new developments being unveiled, new phases being released and show homes opened at sites across the capital.
The WhatHouse? team has put together the latest information of new homes across Greater London for house-hunters to consider.
A final collection of new homes at Filmworks in Ealing, comprising 18 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, are ready to move into. Three new show homes are available to view, including a two-bedroom apartment designed by interior design company Killer5. Delivered by St George – part of the Berkeley Group – the elegant mix of art-deco inspired homes complete this 209-home community and are available from £589,950.
Stephen Kirwan, managing director, St George West London, said: “Earlier this year we welcomed our first residents into their new homes, and it has been fantastic to watch this community grow. There’s been a significant amount of interest in Filmworks, particularly from those within the local community who have fond memories of visiting the cinema, but can also see the area fast becoming a vibrant new destination to not only live but also to work and socialise in.
Residents at Filmworks will be moments from the central piazza, which is set to welcome the Picturehouse cinema, and a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. Filmworks is also just moments from Dickens Yard, a neighbouring development by St George comprising 700 homes, public spaces and a range high end retail outlets, wellness offerings and restaurants.
