Posted 11 March 2022 by Keith Osborne

Acorn Property Group invites buyers to find out more about the few remaining houses at Brooks Dye Works...

Acorn Property Group is inviting house-hunters in Bristol to visit its Brook Dye Works development and take a first-hand look at one of the newly released four-bedroom house types there.

You can book an appointment to attend on Saturday 19 March from 10.00am to 3.00pm. With a 45-minute time slot for each booking, there is plenty of time to show you around the house. PPE will be provided and is required to be worn by all visitors. For safety purposes, children will not be permitted as you will be entering a part of the live building site.

The sales team will accompany you for a tour inside one of the four-bedroom houses before it is build complete, where you can experience the living space on offer. The homes come with multifunctional and open-plan design and each has a private garden, parking and a modern specification including fitted kitchens and flooring throughout.

Brooks Dye Works (Acorn Property Group)With over 90% of homes now sold since the Open Day in February, demand is expected to be high.

Brooks Dye Works offers an exciting addition to the neighbourhood with new pedestrian routes linking to the adjacent Mina Road Park. In partnership with Galliard Homes, the four-acre parkside scheme has created a new residential quarter and brought more much sought-after family homes to the area.

The new Alfred Brooks Square, named after the founder of the historic dye works, centres around the landmark 19th-century chimney, and is bordered by the final few four-bedroom houses available at the scheme.

Brooks Dye Works (Acorn Property Group)Built with energy efficient features such as timber frame construction, smart meters, high performance windows and an EPC rating B which reduces running costs by up to 30% compared to the average UK home! There are also a limited number of houses remaining with solar panels, which reduces the need for grid consumption and enables you to create your own renewable zero carbon electricity.

Only seven four-bedroom houses remain available at Brooks Dye Works, with prices from £565,000. A collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are due to be released later this spring.

To find out more about the homes available and book your appointment please call the team on 0117 428 0461. The marketing suite and show home are open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 5.00pm. Find out more about Brooks Dye Works from Acorn Property Group.
