Open Day At Bristol Development This Weekend

Keith OsborneAcorn Property Group is hosting an Open Day event for house-hunters in Bristol at its Brooks Dye Works scheme in St Werburghs.
The development is in one of the city’s key regeneration site and features new pedestrian routes linking to the surrounding areas and neighbouring Mina Road Park for access to open green space. In addition to its own mix of independent shops and places to eat, the site is under a mile from Montpelier and Stapleton Road train stations and under half-a-mile from the M32 motorway, making access to the city centre and surrounding areas and further afield very easy.
The Open Day takes place on Saturday 5 February by appointment only from 10.00am to 3.00 and visitors will have an opportunity to see first-hand the four-bedroom show homes and to find out more about the final houses released for sale. Some 85% of the houses at Brooks Dye Works have already been sold or reserved, but there are still some high-specification, contemporary-design properties available.
One of the current homes for sale is Plot 24, a three-storey, end-of-terrace house. On the ground floor is the fitted kitchen/dining room which opens out through wide bifold doors to the patio and garden. Also on this floor are a cloakroom and bedroom four. There’s another double bedroom on the first floor, along with the family bathroom and a living room with Juliet balcony. On the top floor there’s another bathroom and two further double bedrooms, one of which has its own Juliet balcony. Priced at £565,000, this home comes with an allocated parking space.
Plot 71 is a mid-terrace townhouse priced at £580,000, including a private parking space. On the ground floor is a large, open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with full-width glazed access to the rear garden. There’s also a cloakroom and plenty of storage space. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and similarly two more bedrooms and another bathroom on the second floor. Bedroom one has a balcony.
