Part Exchange Event In Retford This Weekend

Posted 28 February 2024 by Keith Osborne

There's a free-to-attend homebuyer event taking place at Harron Homes' The Brambles on Saturday 2 March...

Harron Homes is inviting potential hom buyers to attend a special Part Exchange event this Saturday 2 March at The Brambles development in Retford, Nottinghamshire.

From 11.00am until 4.00pm, visitors will be able to chat with Harron’s sales team, who will explain how the popular scheme can help prospective purchasers save time and money.

Part Exchange means customers sell their existing home in exchange for a new one. With Harron as a guaranteed cash buyer, Part Exchange enables a customer to sell their home at full market value and avoid the potential delays of a chain. The scheme is ideal for those who are looking to move to a new home but are struggling to find a buyer, or for those who simply want to cut out all the hassle of selling their property independently.

Natalie Griffiths, sales and marketing director for Harron Homes North Midlands, said: “We understand the housebuying process can be complex in many ways, so we have numerous schemes in place to keep things as simple as possible, including the popular Part Exchange scheme. It is a great option for buyers with an existing property to sell; they secure a Harron home without any of the worry of having to sell their own. I would encourage anyone considering the scheme to come along this weekend and speak to our experts to learn more.”

The Brambles has a range of four- and five-bedroom homes available to reserve, with prices starting from £376,495.

Ideally located on the edge of the historic market town of Retford, that boasts a number of amenities within walking distance, The Brambles also offers commuters several convenient transport links to surrounding towns and cities including Worksop, Sheffield and Lincoln.
