First Home For Doctors At Ruddington Development

Two young doctors have bought their first house together at WhatHouse? Award-winning developer William Davis Homes’ Lace Fields development in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire.

First-time buyers James Reekes and Siddhee Pradhan were helped every step of the way by William Davis Homes.

Hospital doctor Siddhee and research scientist James say they love the countryside setting of Lace Fields after moving from a flat they rented in Beeston. The couple originally met while studying at the University of Nottingham.

Siddhee says: “It’s really exciting to have our first house together. There’s plenty of space and a good-sized garden, which we didn’t have before. It’s a blank canvas, so we can decorate it to suit our taste and really make it our own.”

Siddhee and James moved into the three-bedroom Solway in December and were able to choose the flooring, the colour of the kitchen cupboards and the style of the bathroom tiles. Siddhee adds: “We were really impressed by the options and what was included.”
