Tom Wright, managing director at David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties, said: “We’re thrilled to have launched another show home at Great Dunmow Grange, increasing the diversity in properties available for Essex homebuyers to view. The Edwards makes an ideal new home for young couples looking to buy their first property together, or alternatively, older couples who are looking to downsize now that their children have flown the nest.”

Having officially launched its new Elsenham development, Millers View, off-plan last month, the housebuilder will also be providing homebuyers the opportunity to tour the site at a Dusty Boot event on Sunday 12 November, to learn more about the secluded development, which offers a range of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedrooms house types, all of which look out onto open green space.
Gemma Bannister, head of sales at Dandara Eastern, stated: “Offering a range of two to five bedroom homes we expect the development to be popular with both first-time buyers and locals looking to downsize and upsize within the area. So far we’ve witnessed particular interest in our larger homes situated at the top of the development, suggesting there’s a current demand for family-sized homes in the area. As well as enjoying being surrounded by beautiful ancient woodland, residents will benefit from excellent transport links providing access to London in under an hour.”
The tranquil village of Elsenham offers a range of local amenities, with its railway station reaching London Liverpool Street in just under an hour. Just five miles away from Elsenham, the historic market town of Bishop’s Stortford has a greater array of high street shops, including Jackson Square Shopping Centre, with a choice of restaurants.
Prices start from £475,000 for a three-bedroom detached home. Find out more about Millers View from Dandara.
