Crest Nicholson is launching two brand new show homes at its Cringleford Heights development, located in the tranquil Norfolk village of Cringleford on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 December.

These new show houses will be unveiled at a Christmas-themed event with festive nibbles and play packs for kids between 10.00am and 5.00pm both days. They have been dressed by Blocc Interiors to give prospective buyers the opportunity to imagine what life at Cringleford Heights could be like.

The first is the three-bedroom ‘Hatfield’, a two-storey home that’s perfect for family life. It has an open-plan kitchen and dining area and a separate living area with French doors which open out onto a generously sized garden. Upstairs, the main bedroom benefits from an en suite, and two further bedrooms share a family bathroom.

The four-bedroom ‘Marlborough’ is the second show home, which provides the perfect environment for flexible modern living. Downstairs features a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining area and a separate large living room, while upstairs are four large bedrooms, the largest of which boasts an en suite.

Pat Nightingale, sales director at Blocc Interiors, commented: “Our aim was to create an aspirational show home that allowed young couples or families to see what life is like at Cringleford Heights. For the three-bedroom ‘Hatfield’, our palette included various shades of tonal blues, sea greens and burnt oranges, used to emulate a modern family home. To complement this, we used bespoke individual artwork pieces throughout, as well as unusual mirrors and lighting. While the four-bedroom ‘Malborough’ focuses on a monochrome palette with textured artwork across the home, keeping on-trend with the locations fantastic rail links to London.”

Karen Coulson, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, commented: “Our new show homes provide prospective buyers with the opportunity to envisage themselves in the spacious and modern layouts available at Cringleford Heights. The area is perfect for families, with two-, three- and four-bedroom house types and various schemes available, such as Part Exchange, SmoothMove and Deposit Unlock. We look forward to welcome homebuyers into our new show homes, where they get a feel for what life is like at Cringleford Heights.”

Cringleford Heights provides a mix of country and town living, as the development is located in a peaceful village community, whilst also being well-connected to the city of Norwich. Residents living at Cringleford Heights benefit from having access to numerous amenities on their doorstep, including local supermarkets, shops, and a post office, while there are plenty more in Norwich, only a short drive away.

For families, popular local schools including Cringleford Primary School, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, and West Earlham Junior School, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, are both nearby. Additionally, the University of East Anglia is also just a five-minute drive away.

Cringleford Heights is ideally located within a short distance to the A47 and A11, giving residents travel options across the region. Norwich’s railway station is less than a 20- minute drive away, offering direct services to London’s Liverpool Street and more.
