Third Phase And Show Home Launched At Glasgow Development
WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Cala Homes has launched the third and final phase of homes at the David Stow building at its Jordanhill Park development.
Jordanhill Park, a Category B-Listed building and once the home of Jordanhill Teaching College and Strathclyde University’s Jordanhill Campus, has released its final apartments which includes one- and two-bedroom homes, each one unique, and with many of the building’s historic features maintained. The David Stow building is now more than 70% sold.
There are a number of incentives currently available at the development. Buyers can choose from a complete furniture package, a generous contribution towards LBTT, or opt for a 2.5% deposit contribution. The one-bedroom show apartment showcases the furniture package on offer.
Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director of Cala Homes (West) says: “The David Stow building is at the centre of our flagship development in the west of Scotland and as soon as you step onto the development, you can instantly see why. Each apartment within this iconic building is unique which makes buying a home here all the more special. Due to demand, we’ve released the third and final phase, meaning there’s now limited time remaining for buyers to secure a move to this truly special residence. It’s the perfect setting for buyers looking for a city location whilst enjoying the best of both worlds as the building is surrounded by plenty of green parkland – something you don’t tend to find in new build developments in Glasgow city and west end.”

Earlier this year, Cala Homes (West) also unveiled a trio of new show homes and apartments at Jordanhill Park, so buyers can now view more than ever before, including a three-bedroom Mews show home, a two-bedroom apartment and a three-bedroom apartment within the Thomas Bone building, which is part of the development’s Cedar Collection, located in one of the most picturesque settings within the city parkland.
Prices at the David Stow building at Jordanhill Park start from £259,995, and financial and interior packages are available to help homebuyers move.
