The development is a modern community, offering new schools and leisure facilities, and residents can enjoy parks and green open spaces on the doorstep. Spirit Quarters offer a range of homes to suit a range of buyers and budgets, from first-time buyers to growing families. The development is four miles from the city centre, and three miles from the train station. There are a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes available in the current phase.
Westwood Park is a collection of new build homes located in Westwood Heath. The development offers a collection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom contemporary homes. Ideal for commuters, Westwood Park offers easy access to the A45, M42 and M6, and Kenilworth and Coventry city centre are both less than five miles away. Tile Hill train station provides direct services to Birmingham, Rugby and London and is within walking distance of the development.
