Armed Forces Weekend At Staffordshire Development

The Armed Forces weekend at Bertelin Fields in Stafford takes place between 10.00am and 5.30pm on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 December. Active and ex-military personnel in search of a new home will have the opportunity to learn more about the Armed Forces Deposit Contribution scheme, which is designed to make for a more affordable move.

Barratt Homes has been supporting the Armed Forces for a number of years. It has a long-standing partnership with Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI), supporting the charity in confronting the challenges of veteran homelessness. The partnership delivers new homes, mental health support and jobs for ex-Armed Forces personnel.
The Armed Forces scheme works by offering eligible homebuyers a 5% deposit contribution up to £15,000. For example, if they were interested in a property costing £200,000, they would qualify for a contribution of £10,000. Anyone wishing to apply should speak to a sales adviser at Bertelin Fields, who can introduce applicants to a specialist new homes mortgage adviser.
Starting prices for the current range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes for sale range from £210,995 to £459,995.
