Deposit Boost Offer On Staffordshire Schemes

Keith OsborneElan Homes has announced a £10,000 deposit boost offer on selected new homes at developments in Lichfield and Tamworth.
The Sidings in Lichfield comprises just eight new houses being built close to the Birmingham Cross City railway line. Here, the special offer is available on the two-bedroom ‘Johnson’ house type, priced from £330,000, and the three-bedroom ‘Garrick’, priced from £380,000.
The ‘Johnson’ features a combined kitchen and dining room at the front. The lounge is at the rear and has French doors leading out to the garden. Upstairs, the main bedroom benefits from an en suite, effectively leaving the family bathroom to serve the other bedroom. For those who want a larger home, the ‘Garrick’ has a lounge at the front, with an open-plan kitchen/diner at the rear with French doors opening onto the garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with en suite, plus the family bathroom.
Regional sales director Tracey Ball explained: “Deposit boost is our way of helping dreams of homeownership become a reality. The scheme is designed to support homebuyers by boosting their savings so that their money goes further. It should increase the mortgage options available to buyers, giving them access to more competitive interest rates and lower monthly repayments. This in turn will potentially improve the range of homes that are within their budget.”
The ‘Thurston Max’ at Dosthill Gate
The housebuilder is offering a £10,000 deposit boost on selected three-bedroom homes at its Dosthill Gate development in Tamworth. Among them is the ‘Thurston Max’ townhouse, priced from £340,000 and with 1,097 sq ft of living space set out over three floors.
The ground floor is almost entirely open-plan with a combined kitchen, dining room and lounge providing an inviting, sociable multifunctional space. French doors open out from the lounge to the rear garden, helping make the most of the outside space. A cloakroom completes this level. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and the family bathroom, while the top floor is dedicated to the main bedroom, with en suite and dressing area.
