Construction Director Finds Perfect Family Home In Sprowston

Terence and Emma Peasey (both 37-years-old), along with their three sons, Jack (nine), Elliot (six), and Louis (four) and their beloved Labrador, Elsa, have found new residence at David Wilson Homes’ Woodland Heath in Sprowston to mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the family.
Terence, a seasoned director in the construction industry, recognised the quality and craftsmanship of the development as a testament to his understanding of exceptional homes.
The location of their new abode is conveniently situated for his daily commute into Norwich, which made it an excellent choice for their growing family.

After an extensive six-month search for the perfect home, the Peasey family bid farewell to their smaller four-bedroom house in Drayton, Norwich, where both Emma and Terence grew up. During their search for a new home, the family explored various new build home developments around Norwich.

We spend most of our time in the kitchen and diner, but my favourite room is the main en suite bedroom. I plan to set up the study too for my occasional home working days.”
