Externally, it features a responsibly-sourced Western Red Cedar boarded finish and brise soleil sun shading, while the interior is a neutral, calming space with cool grey walls and ceilings and high-quality vinyl flooring.

The Home Hub is fully insulated with double-glazed PVC-u doors and windows. Connected to the mains power, it features a ceiling-mounted infrared panel heater for the cooler months, internal and external recessed downlighters and power, BT and data sockets, creating a fully functional and ready-to-use workspace.

The Home Hub is available to purchase, priced at £17,500 for the 65-sq-ft structure and £25,000 for the 119-sq-ft structure; it is available to purchase outright or as part of the overall cost of the customer’s new home.
