Trinity Square by Barratt London – Show Home Room by Room

Posted 2 January 2019 by Helen Christie

WhatHouse? takes a tour of this beautiful two-bedroom show apartment at Barratt London's Trinity Square development...

The new Trinity Square development in Colindale from Barratt London, offers residents stylish, contemporary city living without paying central London prices. The development comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, and is ideal for both first-time-buyers and those looking to invest in an up-and-coming part of North London.

The interior design of the new two-bedroom, first floor show apartment has been created by Dawn Kitchener, managing director of design company BLOCC. Her vision was to create an interior that would appeal to the younger, first and second home buyers who are flocking to buy property in Colindale.

“The home is spacious, smart and contemporary” Dawn comments, “decorated in a mainly neutral palette of whites, ivory and greys, with a touch of navy blue.” A feature wall, adorned with a striking wallpaper design, gives visitors an idea of how they could choose to personalise their new home.

Trinity Square (Barratt London)Living area: The modern, open-plan living area is an ideal place to unwind with its neutral and calming colour palette, whilst the kitchen and dining area is conveniently laid out for entertaining and socialising with friends and family.

Trinity Square (Barratt London)Master bedroom: The master bedroom with its textured wallpaper and soft furnishings provides a cosy space for relaxation. The deep colours and natural finish give the room a rich and tranquil feel.

Trinity Square (Barratt London)Second bedroom: The second bedroom has a softer, more feminine feel with its cool, contemporary colour scheme. The plush soft furnishings and white painted furniture are relaxed, yet elegant.

Trinity Square (Barratt London)Bathroom: The neutral palette of the spacious family bathroom makes it an ideal place for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. The minimalist décor keeps the room looking crisp and clean, whilst navy blue accents add depth and sophistication to the room.

Trinity Square (Barratt London)Terrace and balcony: The large terrace and spacious balcony provide private outdoor space, with potted plants bringing the benefits of nature into the apartment. The rattan garden furniture offers a peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors, while being right on trend in terms of style.
