Lounge: “We’ve created a modern, classical tonal scheme using a colour palette of black, taupe and mushroom with lots of satins, velvets and lovely embroidered fabrics to add texture and colour. We’ve also taken into account the lifestyle of the people who might live here and by adding a baby grand piano in the lounge we’ve been able to demonstrate how spacious this room is, while adding to the sense of grandeur. It’s a real talking point with visitors.”
Kitchen: “The convivial open plan kitchen, breakfast area and family room is essentially the backbone of the property, providing a focal point for daily life. The kitchen is the centre piece of this sociable space, with a dining table at one end and a corner sofa, fluffy rug and board game at the other giving the family area a cosy den-like feel.”
