We take a close look current Strata Homes developments in West Yorkshire and the three-storey house types currently available there.

Identity is a development which comprises a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes located just 15 minutes from Leeds city centre. Here, the ‘Livorno’ is one of the home designs, and it starts at £195,000. The ‘Barcelona’ house type

Kudos is a development off York Road in Killingbeck, around 15 minutes’ drive from the centre of Leeds. Close to home are Killingbeck Retail Park, Seacroft Green Shopping Centre and Cross Gates Shopping Centre as well as the scenic open space of Primrose Valley. The popular suburb of Roundhay is also close to home, with its selection of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and small retailers.

The ‘Barcelona’ is one of several three-storey house types here. This is a semi-detached four-bedroom property with a large dual-aspect kitchen/diner, spacious lounge, downstairs cloakroom and storage area. Prices start at £310,000. The ‘Vienna’ is the largest property currently for sale here, starting at £325,000. The lounge looks out to the rear garden, which can be reached through the French doors. The large, light kitchen has more than enough space for a family sized table. On the first floor are two generous double bedrooms along with a family bathroom, and there’s bedroom one, which has dressing area and en suite, and another double bedroom.

Verve is only a short drive from the centre of Castleford and 20 minutes from Wakefield and Leeds. It offers another collection of three- and four-bedroom houses in a contemporary design. It’s great for commuters, being near the A1 and M62, and there are great local schools and leisure venues close by, making it a great option for growing families to call home. Prices start at £250,000 for the ‘Geneva’. The kitchen opens to space for dining, working or playing, and from there to the lounge area, where French doors lead you outside. There are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor and the second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom and en suite. The ‘Oporto’, from £335,000, is a detached four-bedroom home with spacious, light-filled lounge, open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors to the rear garden, downstairs cloakroom, a single and two double bedrooms with family bathroom on the first floor and loft-style master bedroom suite, with dressing area, fitted wardrobe and en suite shower room on the top floor.
