Major housebuilder Strata is offering house-hunters the chance to reserve the home they want for just £100 at developments across Yorkshire.

The company builds a wide array of contemporary property types across its sites in Yorkshire and the East Midlands in price ranges to appeal to all sorts of house-hunters.
