Show home room by room – Sussex Court, Harrogate, North Yorkshire

Linden Homes North has unveiled its stunning Harrogate show home in its Sussex Court development. The six-bedroom bespoke show home is located at one of Yorkshire’s most desirable addresses.

The interior design was the inspiration of Suzi Harding Interiors. Harrogate evolved like a jigsaw puzzle, with all the pieces fitting together. Suzi felt they needed to recreate a traditional scheme that would slot itself into a luxury boutique hotel, probably the sort nestled somewhere in Kensington or even Harrogate itself.
Suzi Harding says: “I handed over a couple of ideas to my partner in crime Lauren who is a genius on Photoshop which we use extensively to create virtual rooms. The two of us always bounce off each other and have this spooky knack of choosing the same furnishing without the other knowing, I guess we have spent so much time together we read each other’s minds. A rule of thumb if it looks good on the storyboards it's going to be stunning in situ and I have to say it was very pleasing to the eye from the start. Moreover the Linden team loved it!”
