Featuring, pink walls, candy coloured chairs and flamingo wallpaper, the three bedroom semi-detached home is charming and sweet.
In keeping with St. Modwen Homes’ philosophy of light and height, all the show homes at Edison Place have been built with higher than average ceilings and large windows to create bright and spacious living spaces. | “We used a combination of bright pastel colours in the living/dining room, to make the most of the natural light that floods in from the French doors leading to the garden. Mint green walls, fresh flowers and soft grey sofas tone it down, while the candy coloured dining chairs bring the look together and have been a hit with visitors."

| “In the kitchen we used Rose Quartz, Pantone Colour of the Year for 2016, on the walls, which we combined with glossy white cabinets and light worktops to create a bright, welcoming space. It was made for baking and I love the French Fancy framed print."

| “The master bedroom has to be one of my favourite rooms in the house. Embracing the current trend for exotic animals (and the pink theme), this flamingo print wallpaper definitely makes a statement. We offset the bright walls with soft white bedding, plush cushions and a stylish deep buttoned headboard, adding a touch of luxury with the chandelier. It’s sophisticated and fun at the same time.”
