WhatHouse? takes a tour of the stunning, contemporary new show home at RemixHelix, a joint venture by Hyde New Homes and Hill...

The latest joint venture by Hyde New Homes and Hill, RemixHelix is soon to launch a total of 34 private sale homes, made up of one- and two-bedroom apartments, completing the multi-award winning New Stonebridge Park regeneration.

The development is located in North West London in Harlesden. The vibrant show home was designed by award-winning interior designers Suna Interior Design, and WhatHouse? has taken an exclusive tour of the new show home…

Rebecca Tucker, director at Suna Interior Design says: “The interior design reflects the aspiration of the people who will ultimately be living there.”

RemixHelix (Hyde New Homes and Hill)Living room: We’ve enhanced the space with colour and texture to compliment the architectural design and location. The living and dining area combines furniture finishes with a luxurious petrol blue sofa. Artwork and cushions provide pops of colour, against a backdrop of white and petrol blue walls.

RemixHelix (Hyde New Homes and Hill)Master bedroom: The two bedrooms offer quirky design schemes, with one dressed with a bright wallpaper as you enter the room, mixing floral and geometric pattern for a contemporary, colourful feature wall. The luxury velvet headboard sits against a rich painted wall, and an industrial touch comes in on the wood and metal furniture.

RemixHelix (Hyde New Homes and Hill)Second bedroom: Bearing in mind the ever-increasing demand for working from home, some residents may choose to use the second bedroom as a workspace. With this in mind, the second bedroom provides a spacious area for working, with a long desk and feature desk chair in a bright yellow. Styling and dressing of this area will show how a purchaser can create a really effective work-from-home area.

RemixHelix enables modern London living hand-in-hand with convenience, being a mere seven-minute walk from Harlesden Station, which is served by London Underground (Bakerloo line) and Overground services. Additionally, Willesden is just over a ten-minute bus ride away, and home to a plethora of good restaurants and cafes, alongside being surrounded by an abundance of green space such as Roundwood Park.

Properties at RemixHelix start at £350,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and £452,500 for a two-bedroom apartment.
