Nicol & Co is now marketing a luxury development of 20 homes set on rural village farm site in the Midlands.
A project from developer Accueil, which specialises in high-specification homes, The Orchard is situated in the picturesque village of Norton on the Warwickshire/Worcestershire border and is named after the farmed orchard upon which it is being built, with the homes enjoying beautiful views over rolling fields of apple trees.
