Monterey is a joint venture between the developer and The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals Foundation Trust. Set in the grounds of a revamped hospital, and inspired by its Victorian architecture, it comprises 35 properties with modern interior specification located in a delightful setting. There’s also the peace-of-mind of having with a GP and pharmacy on the site, and the availability of personalised care and support.

Our unique approach to retirement makes owning a home at Monterey truly affordable: low home-purchase price, low costs and most of all no hidden charges- all lifestyle and care services are available on a pay-as-you-use basis.”

Shared Ownership homes to resist Wembley price rises

Parkside Place Notting Hill Sales is welcoming visitors to two developments in Wembley, whose modest budget may not be keeping up with the area’s big property price increases over the last few years but where they can start on the ladder with a 40% share of a home.

Called Parkside Place and Alder Grove, these developments offer a range of contemporary-designed Shared Ownership apartments. Prices at Parkside Place start from £134,000 for a 40% share of a one-bedroom flat (with a full market value of £335,000), with prices at Alder Grove starting from £172,000 for 40% of a two-bedroom property (based on a full market value of £430,000).

Jenny Murphy, head of sales and marketing at Notting Hill Sales, says: “Wembley has evolved to become an exciting place to live in London; Parkside Place and Alder Grove both offer buyers the opportunity to purchase an affordable home in what is becoming a premium-priced district. Many homebuyers sometimes have to make the difficult decision to compromise on location, however, both developments have a huge range of amenities close to home to tempt homebuyers, as well as being within very easy reach of Wembley.”
