Shared Ownership homes to resist Wembley price rises
Notting Hill Sales is welcoming visitors to two developments in Wembley, whose modest budget may not be keeping up with the area’s big property price increases over the last few years but where they can start on the ladder with a 40% share of a home.

High buyer interest in luxury apartment scheme in Durham
Developer FiftyTwo Group has seen a significant amount of buyer interest from around the world since revealing plans of is 52 Old Elvet scheme in Durham in October.
The conversion of a Grade II listed building in the city centre into 12 high-specification homes, which combine retained original features with modern interior fixtures and fittings, has not only interested local buyers, but also those from elsewhere in the world.
