Kentish Town dance studio now a selection of new homes

Holmes StudiosStone Real Estate, the agency that specialises in new build homes, is now marketing a brand new development that has converted a studio where the participants of TV show Strictly Come Dancing used to rehearse, which has been converted into nine contemporary apartments located in Kentish Town, north London.

Holmes Studios, from Union Developments, has a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom properties sent over four floors, with the concierge and some commercial units on the ground floor of the building. They are set back behind secure gates and just a four-minute walk from Kentish Town Tube station. Prices at the development currently start at £750,000 for a two-bedroom flat.

The specification includes underfloor heating, kitchens with marble worktops and integrated Siemens appliances, marble-tiles bathrooms and large windows allowing plenty of natural light in. Three apartments have a glass sliding roof over their private terrace.
