A chance to move in for Christmas in Cambridge
With Christmas only a few weeks away, house-hunters in Cambridge should not feel their chance to find a new home by then has disappeared, as CALA Homes has a number of homes available at Great Kneighton that could be moved into in time to celebrate the festive season.
Ideally located for schools, amenities and transport links, Great Kneighton has a range of homes for sale, such as the ‘Skylark’ townhouse at £999,950, which offers five bedrooms, and the four-bedroom ‘Fawcett’, which has a double garage and a price of £1.295m. Both are available via Part Exchange, which removes the potentially delaying property chain to make the purchase process more reliable.
Chris Roads, sales and marketing director for CALA Homes, says: “With Autumn upon us already, people often think that there isn’t enough time to move into a new home before Christmas, but by using our Part Exchange service and reserving now, purchasers can be settled into their dream home in a matter of weeks.”
The marketing suite and show home here are open daily from 10.30am to 5.00pm.
