It’s another very busy week for buyers of new homes across the UK, which gives them a chance to consider the impressive range of new builds that are currently under construction. Here, we give you some of the very latest launches, offers and events taking place…

Part Exchange introduced at north London development

Taylor Wimpey is offering buyers at its Oakleigh Grove development in Whetstone in the London Borough of Barnet its Part Exchange scheme to help them move into the new home they want.

Buyers looking to upgrade from their current property to a larger home can save time, money and effort with the scheme as well as eliminate the stress of selling their current property, with the housebuilder being a cash buyer for their old home based on independent valuations of that property. Buyers move from their old home only when the new one is ready and they pay no estate agency fees.

Oakleigh Grove offers a range of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes, priced from £660,000 to £1.75m. The sales office, located at Sweets Way, Whetstone, is open daily between 10.00am and 5.30pm.

Jack Costello, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey North Thames, says: “Moving house is often seen as being overwhelming and the thought of having to sell your current property can be off-putting. Our Part Exchange scheme is designed to take away all the complications of putting your property on the market, as we will act as your buyer. Many new residents at Oakleigh Grove have already taken advantage of the scheme and we’d encourage current homeowners looking to make a move to Whetstone to get in touch with us to find out whether part exchange could work for them too.”
