William Davis Homes Part Exchange weekend

This weekend, 30 September – 1 October 2017, house-hunters looking for their ideal new home in the historic town of Droitwich Spa will be pleased to discover that HBF 5 Star housebuilder, William Davis Homes is holding a special Part Exchange weekend at its Copcut Rise development.

Annie Wheeler, sales consultant says: “We understand that moving home can be stressful and our aim is to make this as smooth as possible. Part Exchange, which can remove the risk of chains breaking and eliminate estate agency costs, can really simplify the process so we’re keen to make potential homeowners aware they can realise their ambition of a dream new home sooner than they expect!”

£5k tech incentive from Linden Homes

Linden Homes is offering a £5,000 technology package with the last remaining new-builds at its development, Empire Court, in Borehamwood. The package includes 50” and 40” Smart LED TV’s, Sonos system, two Apple TV’s and two iPad Airs and can be used alongside incentives like Help to Buy, meaning buyers could save thousands when moving in to their new home.

Linden Homes Chiltern’s sales and marketing director, Amie Emery, says: “Generally speaking, buyers already encounter significant costs when moving, especially first-time buyers who are purchasing items from scratch, so our technology package is designed to help reduce some of those extra price tags.

“The additional £5,000 will hopefully remove some of the financial strains that come with moving home, especially when used alongside our other schemes. The deal really is all-inclusive, providing iPads for individual use and Smart TV’s for the enjoyment of the whole family.

“As an alternative to the tech incentive, we’re offering up to £9,500 in stamp duty payments at selected Empire Court homes. With only a few apartments remaining now really is the time to invest while these properties are still on the market.”

This offer is available on selected homes at the development. For more information, visit or call 020 8003 9609.
