It’s another very busy week for potential buyers in the new homes sector, with housebuilders across the country launching new developments, hosting events and introducing some special offers.


VIP event to launch new Romsey development

This Thursday 19 July, David Wilson Homes is unveiling its latest Hampshire development with a special VIP launch event at Kings Chase in Romsey, with a public launch this coming weekend.

House-hunters are invited to register to attend the event (call 07824 526539), taking place between 4.00pm and 8.00pm at the development site.Kings Chase will offer a choice of three-, four- and five bedroom homes that will suit buyers across a range of budgets and requirements. The launch will be the first time to hear about the range of homes, their prices and the assistance schemes that will be offered to buyers. Visitors will also be able to explore two show homes, one a three-bedroom property, the other with four bedrooms.

New homes in Woolwich set for release this weekend

Trinity WalkDeveloper Lovell is launching 12 new townhouses at its Trinity Walk development this Saturday 21 July, with a collection of three- and four-bedroom townhouses the latest properties to come to the market at the site in Woolwich, south-east London.

Priced from £650,000, this is the final phase of homes at Trinity Walk. Keen house-hunters will be able to see in detail the specification and layout they can expect at a brand new show home, one of the three-bedroom units. Worcestershire development now open for sale

Barratt Homes has now opened a brand new development near Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, with a sales centre now ready to welcome visiting house-hunters to see details of the new homes for sale there.

Henbrook Gardens brings a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes to the market, in a village on the southern outskirts of Bromsgrove. Prices currently range from £209,995 to £382,995, and there are a number of incentives to help purchasers.

Help to Buy introduced on new homes in Reading

Verto The government-backed Help to Buy scheme is now available on the selection of new homes offered at Verto, a tower development taking shape in Reading, Berkshire from CNM Estates.

Verto will become Reading’s tallest residential tower, 18 storeys high and it is due for completion this Autumn. It brings 103 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments to the property market, including some penthouses. Properties vary in size from 461 sq ft to 1,349 sq ft. Some have the additional bonus of a balcony some of which have balconies from which to enjoy panoramic views of town and countryside.

Apartments are all served by underfloor heating and are fitted with high-specification contemporary kitchens and bathrooms. There are three roof gardens, and everyone living there can enjoy a residents’ lounge and gym, while the building also offers a riverside restaurant and café and 3,500 sq ft of additional retail space.

They are being sold through  joint agent Haslams and Savills, with prices starting from £262,250.

Open Day for exclusive viewing in Essex

House-hunters in Essex are being given a one-off opportunity to view a three-storey, five-bedroom ‘Kensington’ house type at at a one-off ‘Open Day’ weekend event being hosted by Taylor Wimpey at its Maynard Park development in Great Dunmow, Essex on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 July, from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

New phase of homes released in West Drayton

Union ParkFollowing the success of its first release, developer London Green is launching the second phase of homes at its Union Park, a collection of apartments in West Drayton, which will soon be part of the Crossrail/Elizabeth Line connecting the east and west of London.

The new phase, planned for completion in October this year, comprises 133 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in a contemporary design. They all come with balcony, Juliet balcony or terrace and are located alongside the Grand Union Canal, with tranquil views over the water and surrounding leafy neighbourhood. Prices start from £260,000 for a studio apartment, with the Help to Buy London scheme available.

Just two homes remain at East Sussex development

Only two large family homes remain for sale at the popular hamlet-style development called Lavender Fields, which won at the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards in early July.

‘Smithers Barn’ and ‘The Farmhouse’ are five- and six-bedroom detached properties respectively. The latest launch of new homes in Watford

WoodlandsAgent Preston Bennett is looking after the sales of a development of new homes that is coming to Watford, Hertfordshire as part of the £400m mixed-use regeneration project in the centre of the town.

Two new show apartments opened in Anerley

Summer show home launch for new Vauxhall development

The popular south London destination of Vauxhall, Lambeth, will soon see a brand new show home unveiled as Mount Anvil & FABRICA by A2Dominion, part of the A2Dominion Group, open a fully decorated two-bedroom apartments at the latest phase of Keybridge.
