Interior design offer on new north London penthouses

A new two-bedroom penthouse show home has been unveiled by Crest Nicholson at its Totteridge Place development in sought-after Whetstone, north London, to illustrate the quality of property and a special offer available on some plots.

Ed Sheeran-themed room among new Derbyshire show homes

Highfields David Wilson Homes recently opened two new show houses at its Highfields development in Littleover, Derbyshire, where one has a room that has a theme of popstar Ed Sheeran, incorporating wall art, song lyrics and a guitar.

Visitors to Highfields can now tour the ‘Layton’ and ‘Holden’ house types, decorated to show the build quality and layout as well as inspire buyers to the latest interiors trends. Both are four-bedroom homes, each with their own character to show their appeal to a range of house-hunters.

Work about to start on new homes in the Vale of Glamorgan

Edenstone Homes has a reserved matters consent to build 50 new homes at Cross Common Road in the village of Dinas Powys in the Vale of Glamorgan, with the initial preparation work about to start onsite and the first properties due to be released towards the end of 2018.

The development will offer house-hunters a variety of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, with a mix of private sale and affordable housing, with 40% of them available as social rent and intermediate rental properties. In addition to funding for local education and transport, the housebuilder will be contributing to a fully-equipped play area on site and a public art contribution.

“Dinas Powys is a beautiful village – a great place to live, and to move to,” says Martin Taylor, managing director for Edenstone Homes. “We are excited to be developing a range of homes to suit a wide audience of potential purchasers, including first-time buyers, downsizers, professionals and families. Luxury townhouses launch in Ely

King's RowPartnering with leading regional estate agency Cheffins and following the successful sale of apartments at the development, housebuilder Palace Green Homes has released six luxury four-bedroom townhouses at King’s Row in Ely, Cambridgeshire.

Architects Haysom Ward Miller and interior design company Angel and Blume have worked with the housebuilder to bring these Georgian-style houses to market, combining classic features with the latest standards, such as double-glazed sash windows underfloor heating and woodburners. The homes, priced from £669,995, have custom-made kitchen designs, Neff integrated appliances, Duravit sanitaryware and Roper Rhodes vanity units. Each comes with a double garage with a separate studio that might be used as a home office or gym.

Launch of Shared Ownership homes in Elephant & Castle

Stamp duty offer to Wilmslow development

The LarchesElan Homes is offering house-hunters in the North West the opportunity to buy one of the brand new properties at its development The Larches and pay no stamp duty, with the housebuilder picking up the bill - a saving of up to £30,000.

Prices at The Larches in sought-after Wilmslow, Cheshire, start from £799,995 for a five-bedroom house with 2,009 sq ft of living space. Houses nearly sold out at popular Southend-on-Sea site

Bellway has a limited number of houses now left for sale at its Ekco Park development in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, which has been one of the UK’s best-performing property markets this century.

There are just two three-bedroom houses left to purchase, while those looking for a smaller property still have a good choice from a recently released selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Mount Anvil unveiling London show homes

Award-winning London developer Mount Anvil is bringing more show homes to projects in the capital to give potential purchasers the chance to see the finished product.

At Royal Docks West at Royal Victoria Dock, in the London Borough of Newham, the first show homes has been unveiled as part of a collection of 16 three-bedroom homes. The development is a 19-storey tower with 79 private homes. The show home is a twelfth-floor, three-bedroom apartment with 1,121 sq ft of living and outdoor space with great views across the River Thames and the Royal Docks. Prices for such an apartment start from £805,000.
