Help to Buy now available at Chiswick development

Redrow London has now made the government-backed Help to Buy London purchase assistance scheme available on the final phase of homes at its 500 Chiswick High Road development.

The new release is a collection of one-bedroom apartments in a contemporary open-plan design, with oak veneer flooring, underfloor heating, stone kitchen work surfaces, stylish bathrooms and private outdoor spaces, with floor space raging from 402 sq ft to 705 sq ft. Prices at this development start at £440,000 for a studio apartment and at £585,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, with Help to Buy London available on homes under £600,000.

Simon Halfhide, sales director for Redrow, says: “In an area primarily dominated by period properties, these new build homes offer a great opportunity for first time buyers to purchase a property in the area that they want but at the right price, with the help of the Help to Buy Scheme. Each home at the development has been designed with generous proportions with particular attention shown to the open plan living areas and outdoor space, which is why we have designed each apartment to include spacious private balconies overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard.”

With their own concierge service and secure underground parking, these new homes are on the doorstep of Chiswick’s shops and amenities and a short walk from the River Thames and Gunnersbury station on the District line.
