Part Exchange event in Milton Keynes this weekend - Barratt Homes is hosting a Part Exchange event at it Brooklands development in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire this weekend (Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 October) to help homeowners swap old for new before Christmas. The event allows a one-to-one to the sales team to talk potential buyers through what the Part Exchange scheme involves and the range of homes, priced from £232,995, which are currently available. Launch of new phase of homes in Ebbsfleet - Saturday 6 October sees the launch of a new phase of homes at Taylor Wimpey’s Waterside at Castle Hill development in Ebbsfleet, Kent. There will be a new range of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses will be available to add to the remaining homes on the previous phase, where one- and two-bedroom apartments are priced from £214,995 and £267,500 respectively. Final phase launched at E14 development - House-hunters looking for a luxury property close to Canary Wharf can now choose from the final selection of 35 homes at The Liberty Building. New homes unveiled in Enfield - Countryside has just launched Alveus, the first phase of homes at Elements, a regeneration project that will bring more than 1,000 new homes alongside commercial and community spaces to an area around Ponders End station. Alveus is a 14-storey tower which comprises a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from £320,000, £380,000 and £475,000 respectively. New show apartment open at Finsbury Park development - Berkeley Homes (North East London) is inviting property seekers in north-east London to a new show apartment, one of only seven properties left for sale in The Nature Collection, part of the Woodberry Down regeneration scheme. Regeneration scheme launches in Bermondsey - London Square is now offering the first homes at its £220m regeneration scheme in Bermondsey. In all, the development will see a collection of 406 homes built, both private and affordable, along with flexible workspaces for small businesses, cultural centres and landscaped open spaces. Show apartment unveiled at luxury Mayfair development - Clivedale London has opened a show home at its prime West End development, The Mansion. Designed by award-winning interiors agency Arney Fender Katsalidis, the property is on the second floor of the seven-storey building. First properties for sale at Rainham development - Persimmon Homes Essex has just put the first homes at its Knightswood Place site in Rainham, London Borough of Havering, on sale for keen purchasers to buy off-plan. Show home open at Edinburgh development - The first show homes in Scotland to feature developer David Wilson Homes’ new property range have now been launched. Images released of planned new homes in North Yate - Barratt Homes has released images of the new homes being built at Ladden Garden Village in North Yate. Sales director Andrea Pilgrim said the housebuilder was keen to showcase the style of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes which are due to go on sale next spring.
