Weekend launch of new homes in St Albans – Stubbings and Angle Property are hosting a launch event for a new development of 26 one-bedroom apartments and penthouses in St Albans on Saturday 21 September. Keen purchasers can buy one of the Hertfordshire House units off-plan, and there will be a show apartment open for viewings. Help to Buy will be available on selected plots. Two show homes to open in Bicester this weekend – CALA Homes is launching two show homes at its CALA at Kingsmere development in Bicester at an event over Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September. From 11.00am to 5.00pm both days, visitors can take a tour of the fully furnished and decorated show houses, ‘The Oatvale’ and ‘The Nenhurst’, and speak to the sales team about 100% Part Exchange and Help to Buy. Shared Ownership homes available in PetersfieldShared Ownership Week starts today (Thursday 19 September) and Radian is offering potential homeowners to find out more about its Causeway Farm development in Petersfield, Hampshire. It’s providing a choice of two- and three-bedroom house types with fully fitted kitchens, spacious bedrooms and turfed gardens. Latest phase of Shared Ownership apartments unveiled in Hertford – Network Homes has released the latest phase of one-bedroom apartments available through Shared Ownership at its Evergreen Terrace development in Hertford. Part of the Ridgeway estate regeneration project, these new properties are available for as little as £99,000 for a 45% share (full market value £220,000). Launch of show homes in High Wycombe this weekend – Inland Homes is opening the doors to two show homes this weekend at Centre Square, its development in High Wycombe town centre. From Saturday 21 September, potential purchasers can come to see the two fully furnished and decorated Rotunda apartments between 10.00am and 5.00pm. Launch of new homes near Bedford – Kier Living Eastern has launched Greenway Place, providing homes which are part of the major Wixams settlement taking shape just three miles from Bedford. Two new show homes were unveiled and keen buyers spoke to the housebuilder’s team about a range of incentives available on homes with from two to five bedrooms. Incentives on homes in the London Borough of Ealing – Catalyst Homes is offering an all-inclusive incentive package at its Aspire at St Bernard’s Gate development between Southall and Hanwell. A selection of different incentives are on offer for both market sale and Shared Ownership: 5% deposit  allowance; service charge paid for 12 months; Stamp Duty contribution; £500 per month towards mortgage payments for 12 months; £500 toward legal and financial services; a travel card for zones 1 to 6 for two years, worth up to £5,000; and membership to the Enterprise Car Club for one year with a £50 credit. Family fun day at Colindale development launch this weekend – U+I is hosting a spedial event at its flagship 399 NW9 development in Colindale on Saturday 21 September. The family fun day activities will include face painting, and arts and crafts. It takes place at the launch of the first phase of apartments, along with a final collection of townhouses. Sunday Brunch event on East London developments this weekend – As part of its involvement with Shared Ownership Week, on Sunday 22 September L&Q is hosting Sunday Brunch events at five developments across East London between 10.30am and 2.30pm. Success for new homes in Ladbroke Grove – Catalyst is reporting keen sales at Bond Mansions, its collection of luxury apartments at the Portobello Square development in west London. Sales office opens at boutique Warwickshire development – Spitfire Bespoke Homes ia inviting house-hunters to the newly opened sales office at Milbank, its development of 10 executive homes in the Warwickshire village of Welford-on-Avon. New properties released at Edinburgh development – Urban Union has started selling a new range of eight homes at its Pennywell Living development in the north of Edinburgh with prices ranging from £220,000 for a three-bedroom mid-terraced home to £240,000 for a four-bedroom end-terraced townhouse.
