Shared Ownership homes launched in Chelmsford – L&Q has launched the latest phase of Shared Ownership homes at Beaulieu, the major development bringing 3,600 new properties to the city of Chelmsford along with new schools, shops and health facilities. Final homes launch at Harlow scheme – Countryside has launched the final phase of homes at its Atelier development in Harlow, Essex. This comprises 49 homes priced from £299,995, with two to four bedrooms. These homes are expected to be completed by September 2020 and are avaible with the government-backed Help to Buy initiative. New homes unveiled in rural Cambridgeshire – The Mayor and Mayoress of Huntingdon have opened two show homes at a brand new development in the Cambridgeshire village of Warboys.
