New show home comes to Heather – Leicestershire house-hunters now have a new show home to look at, with the unveiling of the four-bedroom ‘Cottesmore’ houses at Heathlands in the village of Heather. It’s been professionally fitted and decorated and is one of a collection of three- and four-bedroom properties for sale at the site. Prices here currently start at £208,000. Find out more at

Stamp Duty offer in Brackley this weekend – Barratt Homes is inviting Northamptonshire house-hunters to its development The Brackens this weekend, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 July, to find out more of its offers on Stamp Duty this month. There are a number of four-bedroom homes there on which the housebuilder will pay a contribution to Stamp Duty, saving buyers thousands of pounds. Fully furnished final apartment for sale in Farnborough – Inland Homes has just one apartment still for sale at its Queensgate development in Farnborough, and the buyer will have the good fortune to purchase the two-bedroom property with a full furniture package from a pre-selected range, comprising a double bed for each bedroom, two- and three-seater sofas, a dining table and chairs and a SMART TV, as well as smaller accessories such as lamps, rugs, framed wall art, towels and scatter cushions – all from a pre-selected range. Final four-bedroom home for sale in Ringmer – CALA Homes has just one home left for sale at Farriers Rise in Ringmer, near Lewes in East Sussex. Many homes snapped up on launch weekend in Southampton – Inland Homes saw some 30% of the homes at Chapel Riverside reserved at the Phase 3 launch. There are now 16 homes of this phase available to buy on a scheme that is bringing a total of 457 homes to the west bank of the River Itchen, with first completions on this phase due Spring 2020. Buyers invited to register for Shared Ownership homes in Eastergate – Aster Group is launching its first collection of Share Ownership homes in Eastergate, West Sussex very soon and is invited potential buyers to register their interest, with an initial focus on local people. Homebuyer event in London next Thursday – L&Q is hosting a homebuyer event next Thursday 11 July where it is promoting eight of its developments and advice on mortgages, the buying process and initiatives such as Shared Ownership and London Help to Buy. The inaugural, one-day East London Homebuyer Event takes place from noon to 8.00pm at Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s. L&Q will be offering exclusive incentives to guests who attend the show, such as a one-year service charge holiday and legal fees paid, or a furniture pack, which can save a buyer up to £5,000. Launch of new penthouses in Borough - Galliard Homes and Acorn Property Group have launched the penthouse collection at Trilogy, a collection of new homes within easy reach of Borough station and Elephant & Castle. This collection includes a dressed duplex penthouse of 1,216 sq ft with rooftop terraces offering panoramic views of London’s skyline. There are eight penthouses in all (two lateral, six duplex) and a range of other apartments for sales, from studio to three-bedroom. Open Day at Old Isleworth development – Saturday 6 July is an Open Day at Fitzroy Gate, a luxury development from St James in Old Isleworth. Shared Ownership homes launch in Gallions Reach – There's a new collection of Shared Ownership homes for sale in Gallions Reach, east London, with Notting Hill Genesis unveiling one-, two- and three-bedroom homes available through part-buy/part-rent at Royal Albert Wharf. New apartments launch in Whetstone this weekend – Taylor Wimpey North Thames is releasing a collection of apartments in Whetstone for sale on Saturday 6 July at Oakleigh Grove. Exclusive offers at Telford development – Lovell has some special offers on plots at Queensbury Park in Telford. Launch of executive homes in Cults – CALA Homes has released the first homes for sale at Craigton Mews, its new development in Cults, Aberdeen. There will only be 15 homes in all, with three- and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes from the housebuilder’s new Light and Space collection, not previously seen in Aberdeen. The ‘Taymore’, ‘Tilhurst’ and ‘Ulshurst’ are the first to be released, all with five bedrooms. Prices currently range from £695,000 to £875,000. Find out more at

Three retirement apartments remain for sale in Bearsden – McCarthy & Stone has only three units unsold at its Westerly development in Bearsden. The properties are from the contemporary Lifestyle Living design collection, with prices from £289,000 to £299,000. The retirement specialist has brought in its ‘Move for Free’ offer for a limited period, where buyers can save up to £12,000 on Land & Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT), estate agency costs, legal fees and removal costs, if they reserve a new apartment and complete on or before 31 October 2019. Launch of new homes in Heywood – House-hunters in Greater Manchester can now investigate homes at a new development from Russell Homes. Cedar Gardens is bringing 46 new homes to the area and the show house was recently launched with the help of pupils from a local school and rugby club.  Six of the properties, a mix of two- and three-bedroom homes, were already reserved before the launch event, with 24 homes are still available to buy from £129,995. New homes in Devon launched – Taylor Wimpey has just launched Copleston Heights, a new development in the village of Tamerton Foliot, on the outskirts of Plymouth.. It will be delivering a mix of three-, four and six-bedroom homes. A sales office opens this month. Prices currently start at £240,000 for a three-bedroom ‘Flatford’ house. New apartments launched at growing Gloucesterhire development – Barratt Homes has released more apartments at the major Ladden Garden Village development in North Yate, Gloucestershire. Each one is available under Help to Buy. First units launched at York development – Palace Capital plc has released the first apartments at its Hudson Quarter development, located just opposite York station, with a new marketing suite open. They can book an appointment through selling agents Hudson Moody and Carter Jonas to find out more about the range of studio, one-, two-, three-bedroom homes being created there, and particularly the 61 apartments on the first phase, called Kings.
