NORTH EAST/YORKSHIRE

Show home launch in Durham – Saturday 29 June sees the launch of a brand new show home at Cathedral Gates in Chilton, Durham. Homes by Carlton hosts the event from noon until 4.00pm at Urban Base Land & New Homes, Durham, DH1 5TA. Buyer incentives at the launch include a reservation fee as little as £99. EAST MIDLANDS

Construction nearly complete in Farnsfield – Bellway East Midlands has almost finished the construction of its new two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes at Farnsfield. The first residents have already moved in. Launch of new Shared Ownership homes in Oxfordshire – Catalyst Homes is releasing a second phase of two- and three-bedroom Shared Ownership homes at its Hopefield Grange development close to the High Street of Benson-on-Thames and less than six miles away from Cholsey station. Prices start from £128,000 for a 40% share in a two-bedroom house (based on full market value £320,000) and from £144,000 for a 40% share in a three-bedroom house (based on full market share £360,000). Incentives as Haywards Heath site – With over 96% of homes purchased, David Wilson Homes is offering incentives on the remaining units at Heathwood Park, Lindfield, near Haywards Heath. The ‘Roseland’ house type is £299,995, with first-time buyers who reserve before the end of June  getting an upgraded kitchen, free flooring throughout and a £5,000 John Lewis and Partners gift card. First-time buyer incentives on Home Counties sites – Barratt Homes is offering incentives at some of its Home Counties sites. At Saxon Mills in Hassocks, Plot 31 is ‘The Alverton’, a freehold two-bedroom coach house on offer from £299,995 and first-time buyers who reserve before the end of June will get free flooring and up to £5,000 towards their deposit. At Gillies Meadow in Basingstoke and Cricket Field Grove in Crowthorne, the housebuilder is offering up to 5% deposit boost on selected one- and two-bedroom apartments. Prices start at £190,000 and £227,995 at each development respectively. Mortgage incentive at Ewhurst development – Millwood Designer Homes is offering an incentive to people who reserve a property at its Cherry Tree Lane development in Ewhurst, Surrey on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 June. The housebuilder is offering to pay the first year’s mortgage payments (up to £12,000) for prospective purchasers. A mortgage advisor will be available this weekend. Final homes available in Buntingford – Only 19 of the 180 homes at The Maples in Buntingford are still for sale. Launch of Shared Ownership homes in Cricklewood – Network Homes is launching Zest in Cricklewood, comprising eight one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in low-rise blocks for Shared Ownership. Set in landscaped surroundings, all homes come with secure cycle storage and allocated off-street parking. Prices start from £150,000 for a 40% share of a one-bedroom apartment (full market value £375,000). Priority will be given to people who live or work locally in Barnet. Sales suite and show home launch in Mill Hill – Barratt London opens the doors to a sales suite and two-bedroom show home at its Millbrook Park development in Mill Hill this Saturday 29 June.
