Just one home left at Willaston development – House-hunters in Cheshire will now find just one home for sale at Garden View, the Archway Homes development in the village of Willaston. It’s a ‘Larch’ house type, and one of just seven executive homes at the site, many of which were keenly purchased off-plan. Cheshire show homes launch this Saturday – Barratt Homes is unveiling brand new show homes at Somerford Reach this Saturday 8 June, at a launch event between 11.00am and 5.30pm that offers visitors a treat of pizza, prosecco, cocktails and soft drinks. This development in semi-rural Congleton, Cheshire currently offers a range of three- and four-bedroom homes with incentives such as Help to Buy, Part Exchange and Movemaker available to buyers. New show home in Formby unveiled – Buyers looking for a prestige address should visit the show home at The Dunes this Saturday 8 June, where Elan Homes is opening a show house. This collection of 23 three-, four- and five-bedroom homes adjoins Victoria Road, an address admired by VIPs, and home to some first-class footballers. The four-bedroom ‘Halstead’ show home has been decorated and fully furnished throughout. Kitchen/breakfast/family room and separate lounge both have French doors to the rear garden, there’s a separate utility room, dining room and study, and two of the four bedrooms have an en suite. Show home coming to Wickwar development – Bellway will soon be opening the doors to a new show home at its Tyndale Reach development in Wickwar, Gloucestershire. There are already a number of three-, and four-bedroom homes for sale there, and prices are currently from £329,995. The show home will be a five-bedroom ‘Moreton’ house type, fully fitted and decorated. New show home opens this weekend in Doncaster – Linden Homes is unveiling a new show home with a Hero theme on Saturday 8 June at its Harpers Heath development in Hatfield, on the northeastern fringes of Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The four-bedroom detached ‘Mylne’ house type has been specially decorated to stand out from the crowd and represents the variety of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes being built there. Show homes unveiled in Market Harborough – William Davis Homes has opened the doors to two show homes at Wellington Place, a development in the popular Leicestershire town of Market Harborough. House hunters will be able to choose from 68 three- to five-bedroom homes, in 14 different designs. The five-bedroom ‘Ashburn’ and four-bedroom ‘Severn’ have been professionally interior designed to inspire house-hunters, with a fifth bedroom made a 12-seater family cinema room, complete with vintage, velvet-trimmed theatre seats, just one of the special features. 3D model comes to Shepshed development – Giving visitors to the marketing suite and show homes a perfect way to see how the development will look when completed, William Davis Homes has installed a 3D model of its Bluebells site in Shepshed, Leicestershire. It has lots of accurate details, from individual bricks and tiles on the properties, block-paved drives, flowers in the herbaceous borders and even the freshly mown stripes on the lawns. Launch of new homes in Warfield – House-hunters in Berkshire now have a new selection of homes to consider following the launch of Redrow’s Orchids Place development in the village of Warfield. It is comprised of 116 family homes, a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom houses from the company’s award-winning Heritage Collection. Interested buyers are invited to view the similar types of homes available at nearby Kingsley Park. 20% discount on homes in Milton Keynes – David Wilson Homes is offering 20% off the cost of a brand new home for eligible buyers at its Brooklands development in Milton Keynes, with a selection of two-bedroom homes available under the Reduced Cost Housing scheme. This is open to people who work or live in the Borough of Milton Keynes with a maximum household income of £66,000 and who intend to use the new home as their main residence. They must also confirm that this is the only property they own in order to benefit from the scheme. Celebration event at Hampshire development this weekend – On Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June, Taylor Wimpey is hosting an event for house-hunters at its Dukes Quarter development in Bordon, Hampshire. The housebuilder was recently awarded a five-star rating for customer satisfaction by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and is celebrating by giving visitors the opportunity to select one of five incentives that can help them to step onto, or up, the property ladder: removal fees paid; a contribution towards Stamp Duty; a year’s payment of their mortgage; an Options voucher which can be used towards the finishing touches of their new home; and the company’s Easymover scheme. Show home opens is Wallingford this weekend – On Saturday 8 June, CALA Homes is unveiling a new show home at Carmel Meadows development in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, a riverside development of 73 three- and four-bedroom homes. Luxury riverside apartments launch this weekend – A collection of luxury apartments in Shoreham-by-Sea is being launched by estate agency Fox & Sons on Saturday 8 June, with views across the River Adur. Show home launch this weekend in Norfolk village – William H Brown estate agency in Norwich is inviting potential buyers to attend a show home launch at Rosebery Fields, a new development by Broadland Growth Limited in the village of Great Plumstead, just a few miles east of Norwich. New phase launches in Gunnersbury – Apt Living is releasing the second phase of 50 apartments at its Kew Bridge development this Saturday 8 June. The development is bringing 274 homes to a former office building with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, with a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. 100 of these have already been sold and the first move-ins expected in November this year. On-site amenties include a cinema room, roof terrace, gym, games room, guest rooms and a 24-hour concierge. London Help to Buy has been used by 80% of buyers so far. Phase 2 launches at Bow development – Homes available with London Help to Buy, which means paying just 5% deposit and getting a five-year-interest-free equity loan of 40% from the government, are being launched this weekend by Linden Homes at Lime Quarter, a 20-storey tower located in Bow, east London. The sales and marketing suite there will be open to visitors between 10.00am and 5.00pm. There’s a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments priced from £375,000. Incentives on new homes in Edinburgh – Miller Homes is offering a range of incentives to buyers at its Manor Wood development off Old Dalkeith Road in Edinburgh. For a three-bedroom home, a 5% deposit will be paid. There’s also the housebuilder’s own Moving Essentials initiative which gives buyers the opportunity to tailor incentives to suit their needs. This covers things such as carpets, appliances, LBTT, Part Exchange, legal or removal costs and a furniture package. A ‘Munro’ on Plot 46 is priced at £256,995, a ‘Glen Mid’ at Plot 2 is available with the Moving Essentials Package and is priced at £234,995.
