New affordable homes in Southall – Catalyst, Clarion and Berkeley Group are progressing their partnership with Ealing Council at the Southall Waterside regeneration, with the first homes now available, 304 of them, which are being offered to existing Ealing residents under either affordable rent or Shared Ownership. The full market values for the new studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are £280,000, £330,000 and £410,000 respectively. Housebuilder to host event for homebuyers – From 12.00noon to 7.00pm on Friday 17 May and between 10.00am and 5.00pm on Saturday 18 May, Bellway is running its Homebuyers Event at The O2 Intercontinental Hotel in Greenwich, where it will be giving visitors details of hundreds of homes available through the government-backed Help to Buy/London Help to Buy schemes at current and future developments across London and the South East. There will be a range of discounts exclusive to the event, as well as investor opportunities and packages. New show home at Colindale regeneration – Redrow has commissioned New i.d Interiors to bring a new show home to its major Colindale Gardens regeneration to give potential buyers some inspiration in one of the new townhouses on sale there. New reception space opens at Hornsey development – A new reception space and website have been launched at Hornsey Town Hall Arts Centre. Quick sales at Birmingham development – Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital have reported almost £50m worth of sales at The Timber Yard in central Birmingham, with 55% of the development now sold off-plan. Entry prices start at £189,995, with the first occupations scheduled from Autumn 2021. The development will bring 379 apartments to the city in seven- and 13-storey blocks, with these two buildings overlooking gardens and providing panoramic views. More homes coming to Rugby – A new range of homes is coming to the Tilia Park development in Rugby, with housebuilder Ashberry Homes East Midlands securing permission to replace 19 four- and five-bedroom detached houses with 26 predominantly smaller properties, including three- and four-bedroom homes with a mix of semi-detached and detached designs. SCOTLAND 

Half of properties sold at Innerleithen development – Developer Whiteburn has announced that it has reached the halfway mark in sales at its Caerlee Mill development in Innerleithen, in the Scottish Borders. Half the 44 new houses and apartments have been sold off-plan. Of the remaining homes, with prices currently ranging from £145,000 for a two-bedroom cottage flat, from £185,000 for the three-bedroom, mid-terrace ‘Dow’ house type, up to £295,000 for the ‘Brodie‘, a four- bedroom detached home. Limited number of homes left at South Lanarkshire development – Miller Homes has just a few homes still for sale at its East Kilbride development, Miller Homes at Benthall Farm. Big Weekend event in Stafford this weekend – Bellway is hosting an event for house-hunters on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 May at its Mallard Walk development in Stafford which will give keen visitors the opportunity to purchase a home with a significant incentive offer.
