New homes launched in Cranleigh – Surrey house-hunters can now find out more about new homes coming to Cranleigh, Surrey, with the launch of Leighwood Fields. Berkeley Homes is building three-, four- and five-bedroom houses in the well-connected village which has an impressive range of shops and schools of its own, and is within easy reach of towns such as Guildford and Crawley. Final batch of homes available at Barnham site – There are 17 homes still for sale at Ashdown Vale in Barnham, West Sussex, with housebuilder Redrow offering Help to Buy and its own Hell to Sell schemes on a range of three- and four-bedroom homes there. ‘The Sunningdale’ is a four-bedroom, detached home priced from £539,950, but others start at £369,950. Successful launch of Milton Keynes homes – Crest Nicholson Regeneration saw a very successful launch for its Campbell Wharf scheme in Milton Keynes last week. With over 500 potential buyers taking a first look at the marketing suite and show suite, there were 14 properties reserved over the weekend. This first phase is offering a range of one- to three-bedroom apartments priced from £240,000 to £650,000. Visitors are welcome seven days a week, from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Find out more at

Variety of incentives at Bicester development – Linden Homes is offering a number of incentives at Hawkswood, part of the ongoing growth of the new Kingsmere community in Bicester, Oxfordshire. With a new selection of three-, four- and five-bedroom, three-storey homes for sale, priced from £364,950, the housebuilder is offering purchasers the chance to use its Part Exchange or Assisted Move options, or government-back Help to Buy. May launch for new homes in Harrietsham – This month, house-hunters in Kent will have a new collection of homes to investigate, as Bellway launches Bluebell Walk. Penthouses released for sale in Winchester – Berkeley Homes is now selling the penthouses at its Knights Quarter development in Winchester. These high-specification homes offer great view of the city and beyond, and each has a terrace and balcony to complement its spacious interior. There’s separate lounge area, and both bedrooms come with an en suite bathroom. Under 10 minutes from the very centre of the city, the penthouses top the development of 200 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and are priced from £745,000. Find out more at

New show home at East Molesey development – House-hunters in south-west London now have a new show home to investigate, with CALA Homes unveiling a fully decorated and fitted four-bedroom ‘Malden’ house type at its Imber Riverside development in East Molesey. Two-thirds of the three-, four- and five-bedroom homes are already sold there, and the housebuilder’s own 100% Part Exchange scheme has been popular with those moving up the property ladder. Final apartments in Aylesbury development now launched – Durkan has released the last of the 47 apartments at its The Exchange development in Aylesbury, giving buyers a choice of one- and two-bedroom properties. Part of a wider regeneration scheme in the Buckinghamshire town, The Exchange is only five minutes from the station, well connected to London Paddington. Shared Ownership opportunity in Oxfordshire – Catalyst is offering a range of nine Shared Ownership homes at its Weavers Fields development in Bloxham. Final phase now for sale in Colchester – CALA Homes has released the last homes for sale at its Furly Meadows development in Stanway, Colchester. With two-thirds of the development sold, the final 16 homes are now available – two months earlier than planned. The development is bringing a wide range of properties to the site, with from two to five bedrooms. Among the news ones is ‘The Gosfield’, a three-bedroom semi-detached house priced at £314,950 and available through Help to Buy or CALA’s own popular Part Exchange scheme. Spring launch for new homes in Little Thetford – The Cambridgeshire village of Little Thetford will see the launch of 10 new detached homes this spring when Annington releases its Cawdle Meadows development. It’s a rural location just three miles from the historic city of Ely, which is well connected to Cambridge, London, Stansted Airport and further afield. Five-bedroom homes offer over 2,000 sq ft of living space, with other homes comprising a choice of five with four bedrooms and two three-bedroom bungalows. New show apartment in Camberwell – Frasers Property has opened a new show home for the final phase at its Camberwell on the Green development in south London. It’s a 1,001-sq-ft, three-bedroom unit with two private balconies on the scheme’s fifth floor. With interior design by BoxNine7, this new home costs £720,000. Luxury penthouses released in Nine Elms – Airspace development specialist Click Above has released two brand new luxury penthouses for sale, mostly constructed offsite and fitted into the space at the top of an existing three-storey development of 16 apartments in an exclusive gated community, called Corben Mews. The high-spec homes offer views across the capital and have off-street secure parking available at an extra cost. Prices for the homes are £750,000 for apartment 17 and £730,000 for apartment 18. Final Shared Ownership homes release in Hainault – L&Q has unveiled the final six Shared Ownership homes at its Oaklands Hamlet development. There’s a choice of two-bedroom maisonettes (priced from £85,000 for a 25% share, based on a full market value of £340,000) at a site bringing 149 new homes on the edge of Hainault Forest Country Park and well connected to Chigwell, Romford, the A12 and M11. There are good schools in the area, and it’s well connected to the City via Hainault underground station. Chadwell Heath mainline station, three miles away, will be served by Crossrail. in 2019. Final homes for sale in parts of Colindale regeneration – Redrow has just a few homes left for sale at Orchard Quarter and Park Collection, part of its Colindale Gardens scheme bringing thousands of new homes to Colindale in north London. Launch of new homes in Twickenham – A stone’s throw from the home of rugby is a new collection of apartments, just launched by Solum, a joint venture between Network Rail and Kier Property. Twickenham Gateway will deliver a new station building centred around a striking public plaza including shops and eateries along with 115 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Show home opens in Uttoxeter – Liz O’Sullivan from Uttoxeter Racecourse helped Bellway unveil the new four-bedroom ‘Bay’ show home at its Dove Manor development in Uttoxeter.
