Easter treats at Newcastle/Northumberland developments – Cussins is inviting house-hunters across the North East to a series of events at its developments over Easter weekend, where they can pick up a chocolate egg or two and have complimentary coffee and baked goodies while learning more about the homes available. Special offers on Chilton homes this weekend – Homes by Carlton is inviting house-hunters to attend an event about the properties for sale at its Cathedral Gates development in Chilton, County Durham. From 10.00am to 2.00pm on Saturday 20 April, buyers can go to the offices of Urban Base Land & New Homes in Durham to find out more about a special deal to receive ground floor flooring on selected plots, and reserve for only £99. Next phase construction starts at Derby development – Compendium Living has begun construction on the next phase of homes it is bringing to Derby city centre at its Castleward development. New show home at Windsor development – Spitfire Bespoke Homes has just opened a brand new show home at St Mark’s Gate, its boutique development of 14 luxury homes in the centre of Windsor. Armed Forces offer at Aldershot development – Barratt Homes is offering to pay a contribution to the deposit on a new home to all UK Armed Forces personnel at its Bruneval Gardens development. They will be offered a £500 contribution for every £25,000 of the cost of their new property, up to a maximum of £5,000. New show home opens in Wisborough Green – Jones Homes has unveiled a three-bedroom show home at its Bluebell Meadow development in Wisbough Green, West Sussex. Home Exchange scheme a popular option in BanburyDavidsons Homes is finding buyers keen to use its Home Exchange incentive to help purchase one the homes at Dukes Meadow, a development in Banbury, Oxfordshire. It helps “buy and sell in one easy move”, with the housebuilder arranging an independent valuation to purchase the home from the buyer and avoid estate agents’ fees. New launch of homes in Warnham – Shanly Homes has unveiled a new development in Warnham, West Sussex. The Willows is a collection of 14 new homes comprising 10 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and four two-bedroom apartments. The development backs on to the green space of  Warnham Cricket Club and the design of homes inspired by the local architectural vernacular. All properties here have spacious, open-plan interiors and en suite master bedrooms with a large rear private garden for each house. Good Friday launch in Gislingham – This Good Friday 19 April, Lovell Homes is launching St Mary’s View in Gislingham, Suffolk. It’s a collection of 40 three-, four- and five-bedroom homes close to the heart of the village, with views of the Grade II listed St Mary’s Church. The towns of Diss and Stowmarket are around 10 miles away and the village is well placed for the A14, A140 and A143. Offers at developments across Scotland – Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes are offering incentives at developments across the east of Scotland, with many properties available to move into this summer.
