Housebuilder offering incentives in an around Edinburgh – Anyone looking for a home in or close to the capital will find a range of incentives on offer at Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes sites around the city, including some special ones available to the end of January. The New Year deal, open until 31 January 2019, offers a range of money-saving extras worth up to 2% of the value of the house price on selected plots. The deal can include LBTT paid, complimentary flooring, or kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and is worth up to £8,000. Launch of new homes near Chester – Jones Homes has launched a new collection of homes at its Backford Hall development.
