Posted 29 March 2023 by Helen Christie

Mountwood has released a collection of 24 luxury apartments for sale in West Kensington…

A new collection of 24 luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, duplex apartments and city houses in Lexington House on Auriol Road, West Kensington, has been released to the market.

Lexington House has been developed by Mountwood, a high-end luxury developer specialising in prestigious boutique schemes in Central & West London and North Surrey, and is being marketed by Colliers.

Arranged over six floors, the new build apartments range in size from 570 sq.ft to 2,992 sq.ft with all units having either private gardens, balconies, or terraces. The exclusive development offers occupiers a luxurious West Central London lifestyle with exceptional levels of specification and finishes to the highest standard, with benefits including generous room sizes, high ceilings, Italian sourced kitchens and wardrobes, underfloor heating, comfort cooling and provision for concierge service.

Charles Rahder, managing director of Mountwood comments: “I am delighted to bring Lexington House to the market. Lexington House has been an exciting and important project. From the initial design concepts, I wanted to build a market leading scheme that would set new standards in the area, and that would provide spectacular yet ultimately practical spaces that homeowners would love living in. That vision is evident through every tiny detail of the architecture and internal finishes. With the scheme sold and reserved at almost 50% from off plan, this evidences the success of the development and its sale into this West Central London market.”

Lexington House is perfectly situated being close to world-class schools, prestigious retailers, some of London’s finest bars and restaurants as well as Holland Park and Hyde Park within easy reach.

The area provides excellent transport links around the capital and beyond, taking only five-minutes to walk to Kensington Olympia overground station, seven minutes to Barons Court station offering the District Line and the Piccadilly Line connecting to St Pancras International and Heathrow airport in 36 minutes.

The major redevelopment of Kensington Olympia into a world class arts and entertainment centre that is due to be completed and open in 2025 is on the doorstep of this class leading boutique scheme.

Michael Bickerton, head of new homes at Colliers, says: “This is an excellent opportunity for buyers looking for world-class accommodation in the heart of West London. A development of such elegance and style is hard to find and doesn’t tend to stay on the market for long. The enviable location of Lexington House offers the hustle and bustle of city life, as well as leafy green open spaces nearby.”

Prices range from £1.135m to £3.4m
