The three-bedroom ‘Sussex’ and the spacious four-bedroom ‘Danbury’ show homes are now ready for prospective buyers to view. Designed by Abode Interiors, the show home interiors have been carefully curated with the modern-day family in mind, offering inspiration to potential purchasers.

Jon Pilling, director at Abode Interiors, comments: “When designing the show homes at Lyewood, we were keen to capture the natural surroundings of the development, creating a cosy and calming environment to retreat to at the end of the day.

Living room: “In both homes we followed a country-chic scheme using a neutral palette. We incorporated taupe and pebble colours with an accent of ochre and added depth with a lot of textures throughout the rooms. We included a statement coffee table in the living room to create a contemporary atmosphere.”

Bedrooms: “We decided to have a modern take on country, for example we added wooden furniture with iron and metal finishes to the bedrooms.”

Kitchen: “The houses are designed to reflect the local Kentish village architecture, and offer the highest specification throughout, including fully fitted Bosch appliances.”

Prices at Lyewood start from £389,500 for a three-bedroom home. The government backed Help to Buy scheme is available on a selection of properties. The marketing suite and show homes are open daily from 10am – 5pm.
