WhatHouse? takes a tour of the elegant show home at Kingsborough Manor from Jones Homes, with interiors designed by Claude Hooper...

The doors have opened to an elegant new show home at a flagship Jones Homes development in Eastchurch.

The four-bedroom Hartford Regent II home showcases the height of design, specification and location, encapsulated in Jones Homes’ prestigious Signature Collection.

The Signature Collection can only be found in select developments, the first being Kingsborough Manor development. The housebuilder has a longstanding heritage in Eastchurch, as it completes its second decade of building in the area this year.

Sarah Clements and Lisa Burrell, interior designers with Claude Hooper Interiors have given WhatHouse? an exclusive tour of the new show home at Kingsborough Manor…

Kingsborough Manor (Jones Homes)Kitchen / dining / living area: The show home is a modern, smart, family home with pops of orange and teal to create a contemporary feel. Copper is still a really popular trend and we feel it makes a real statement. Our favourite room would have to be the downstairs kitchen/dining/living area. We designed it with a cosy feeling in mind to create the perfect social family space. The furniture is a mix of wood and metals which gives a nice balance of contemporary and comfort.

Kingsborough Manor (Jones Homes)Master bedroom: The master bedroom features an impressive 5 ft bed and a fluted, winged headboard which gives a real wow feature.

Work space: The design demonstrates the flexibility of the open plan kitchen, dining and family room where we have also incorporated a study/work space for either home working or kids homework area. It’s a great space to entertain family and friends.

Kingsborough Manor (Jones Homes)Details: We were trying to create a light and modern family home that feels smart and elegant. To achieve this, we’ve used copper, gold and teal on light grey base. Current trends featured in the show home are copper and gold in furniture, mirrors and lighting, and geometric patterns, all on a contemporary soft grey base.

Kingsborough Manor is located off Court Tree Drive. The show home is open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information, call 01795 881084.
