If you’re on the hunt for a brand new home, your search doesn’t have to stop over the Easter break. Many developments across the country are open to visit over the weekend - some may even have special Easter treats!
We’ve put together a list of some of the best new homes available to purchase around the country that have sales and marketing offices open over the Easter period...
Greenan Views in Ayrshire (Mactaggart & Mickel)
With beautiful coastal views across Ayr Bay, Greenan Views is the ideal location for families, couples and downsizers looking to move to a seaside home. The Mill in Cardiff (Lovell)
Lovell recently opened its first three show homes at landmark development The Mill in Canton, west Cardiff. This new urban village is taking shape on the site of a former paper mill, in a riverside location only ten minutes from the city centre. It is currently running a super spring saving on a three-bedroom family home. Plot 3, the Aspen house style is ready to move into, and comes with parking and carpets included, and if reserved by 15 April, the purchaser can save £10,000 on the asking price (£299,995).
Easter hours: The development will be open as usual from 10am to 5pm over Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Easter Monday. On Easter Sunday, it will be open from 11am to 5pm.
Brewery Gate in Twickenham (St James)
Located directly opposite Twickenham train station, Brewery Gate is an exclusive collection of 28 four- and five-bedroom townhouses, set within a gated mews with private gardens.
As well as creating new homes, the development has also completed a range of new amenities for the local area, including a riverside piazza and a community building, The Exchange. Award-winning M Bar & Grill has recently opened a new restaurant at the development, and has teamed up with VIVA to offer residents a Room Service app, so residents can choose their meal from the menu and the food will be delivered to their front door.

Athena in Cambridge (Hill)
For those looking for a new property in Cambridge, the Athena development from Hill is located in the visionary area of Eddington, a new district created by the University of Cambridge. The district will provide new homes, learning spaces and open areas, reaching across 150 acres. It will include 1,500 homes for private sale, as well as 1,500 homes for university and college key workers.

Fulham Riverside in London (Barratt London)

In addition to Fulham Riverside, the marketing suites at Landmark Place, Enderby Wharf, Blackfriars Circus and Kidderpore Green are also all open over the Easter weekend, from 8am – 9pm on Good Friday, and 8am – 8pm on Easter Saturday and Sunday.
South Oxhey Central in Watford (Countryside)
Located in the heart of South Oxhey, two miles from the centre of Watford, South Oxhey Central is a new community from Countryside. The development will provide residents with an impressive selection of amenities, as well as excellent connections in London Euston.
