Housebuilder’s Offers At Warwickshire Developments

Barratt Developments, a former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year, has a host of developments taking shape across County Durham in its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, and there are some great offers for keen buyers looking to reserve their new home...

Aston Grange from Barratt Homes is a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in Lighthorne Heath, close to the charming village of Gaydon. The development is just a mile from the M40, offering residents easy links to Birmingham and Oxford, with Leamington Spa and Banbury also nearby. Plot 16, a three-bedroom detached “Ennerdale” style home, is currently available at £340,995, and currently has a £10,000 deposit boost offer. Movemake and Help to Buy are also available at the development. 

Aston Grange (Barratt Homes)

Just two miles from Warwick’s historic town centre is David Wilson Homes’ Beaumont at Warwick Gates development. This luxury development offers one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom properties, with prices ranging from £220,000 to £725,000. Plot 137 is a semi-detached, three-bedroom “Kennett” style home. Designed over three floors, the property is priced at £398,000 and includes parking for two cars, and offers an upgraded kitchen worth £3,350.

In the leafy Warwickshire village of Bishop’s Itchington is David Wilson Homes’ Bishop’s Hill development. A bus can take residents directly from the development to Leamington Spa in just 15 minutes, and the properties are just two miles from the M40. The development comprises a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties, with prices ranging from £250,000 to £450,000. This September, Plot 71, a “Hadley” house type has a £10,000 deposit boost offer available. The semi-detached, three-bedroom home comes with a private walled garden and upgraded kitchen with integrated appliances worth £4,850. 

Also in Bishop’s Itchington is David Wilson Homes’ The Willows development, a collection of two- and three-bedroom properties, with prices ranging from £252,000 to £380,000. Residents will be able to enjoy countryside views, a natural play area and the beautiful Blue Pools. Plot 45, the “Archford” house type, is a three-bedroom property priced at £310,000. It has a south-facing garden and an open-plan kitchen diner, with French doors to the garden. It overlooks the nature reserve and will be ready to move into by Christmas. It is also available with a £10,000 deposit boost if reserved in September.  

Heritage Grange from David Wilson Homes is a luxury collection of three- and four-bedroom properties located in a new community near Leamington Spa and Warwick. It is a semi-rural location offering open views, and the development is part of a vision to develop the area into an aspirational place to live and work. Prices at the development range from £320,000 to £440,000, and show homes are launching at the end of October. Plot 17, the “Hadley” is the Home of the Week at the development, and is a three-bedroom family home, priced at £390,000. It has an upgraded kitchen with integrated appliances and French doors leading to the garden. Movemaker, 5% Deposit Unlock and Key Worker Deposit Contribution schemes are all available on selected properties at the development.

Ashlawn Gardens (David Wilson Homes)

Located in Rugby, Ashlawn Gardens from David Wilson Homes is a collection of three- and four-bedroom properties, priced from £301,995 to £509,995. The development is just a few minutes drive from Rugby’s high street shops, restaurants and independent stores, and London, Leicester, Warwick and Leamington Spa are all less than an hour away by train. Plot 24, the three-bedroom “Hadley” house type, is the development’s Home of the Week, and is priced at £351,995. It comes with the offer of a flooring package, upgraded kitchen with integrated appliances and £3,000 towards removal costs. Part Exchange and Deposit Unlock are both available at the development.
